Angelica Maria Vale Hartman also popularly referred to as her professional name Angelica Vale is a Mexican American singer, actress and radio host. Her parents were comedians Raul Vale, as well as Angelica Maria La Novia Mexico. She is credited with launching La Balada Ranchera, a popular genre of music that hit the charts in 1973, and lead Angelica Maria to become the first Latin artist who sold two million albums in the United States.
